Detachment

When trying to change your mindset, you may not see this change reflected in your reality right away. The most efficient way for change to occur is to stop looking and caring about what is going on in real-time, also known as your 3d. Instead focus on where your mind is, also known as the 2d. By you constantly searching for change it’s usually a reflection of you not trusting yourself and that your embodiment is working. So the best thing to do is go about like normally. Don’t worry dwell on negative circumstances because they are just a reflection of who you used to be. Keep persisting in your mind and know that change is occurring or will occur.
